Shipping

All orders will be shipped from Maryland within 2-4 business days using USPS mail. A tracking number will be sent once the order has shipped.

Shipping charges are $2.00 per item plus $10.00 per package.

Packages will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we will use the address on your order form.

At this time, we can mail items only to addresses in the United States.

Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning your purchase.

Yarn must be still in its original skein.

Refunds will be made of the purchase price not including shipping costs. Refunds will be made to the account used to make your purchase.
